Youth combines two different healthy-aging concepts. GHK-Cu is tied more closely to tissue remodeling, collagen, skin structure, and repair biology; a review of GHK-Cu describes effects on collagen, fibroblasts, and skin-regeneration pathways research. Epithalon is studied more for cellular-aging pathways, including telomerase activation and telomere length in cell models research. The realistic positioning is support for skin quality, cellular resilience, and healthy-aging goals over time. It should not be described as a proven anti-aging drug, and the two ingredients have not been validated together in a large human trial.
